Our Lecturers making a Name in the Industry

When our amazingly talented lecturers aren't in the classroom, guiding the students on their next brief, they show off their skills on a different front. From hit feature films to indie games to global productions, these individuals sharpen their skills alongside top designers in their field.

When our amazingly talented lecturers aren't in the classroom, guiding the students on their next brief, they show off their skills on a different front. From hit feature films to indie games to global productions, these individuals sharpen their skills alongside top designers in their field.

Most recently, we celebrated lecturers Jordan Nickel and Rae Townsend's film credits on They Will Kill You (2026). Notably, before this Jordan had contributed to projects Boy Kills World (2023) and Amazon Prime's The Power (2023), along with many freelance gigs in the advertising industry. Rae equally held her own on a range of films like G20 (2025), and Novocaine (2025) as well as series such as 1923 by Paramount+ starring Harrison Ford.

Beyond names in the film and television industries, our teaching staff have contributed to both indie and AAA video games. Our curriculum designer, Elead Schonken contributed stunning environment paintings to the fantasy RPG, DuskPunk and Tessa de Vletter has been heading the art team for Loud Rabbit's illustration projects for PUBG Mobile.

These invaluable experiences and the hard-earned skills that our lecturers develop on these projects form the basis of what we teach our students. Every brief and assignment emulates a very real industry setting, and the lecturers act more as art directors in a studio than a teacher in a class when they host their lessons.
